Sometimes I get a little behind on blogging. Real life. I have had a past few weeks of non stop sessions and weddings and I am looking forward to next week’s peace and quiet

Jason and Rebecca had a picture perfect Maryland wedding. They have been a super fun couple to photograph (see their engagement session) and Jason’s last name is my maiden name (our moms even have the same first name and now Rebecca has the same name as my sister before marriage- wild!). Crystal Chesapeake Bay sparkling in the background and guests enjoying cocktails on the deck of the Tavern Ballroom at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club in perfect May weather. I loved Rebecca’s simple elegance throughout her decor choices from the deep purple paper items to the blue vanda orchids to the crepe rosettes on the bridesmaids dresses. She attached charms with photos of her dad to her shoes so he could walk her down the aisle (teary moment for me). She radiated happiness all day long and danced her heart out! Jason truly basked in Rebecca’s beauty and his adoration of her was evident all night. I love seeing couples truly in love!!! It just makes my day that much easier in documenting their best day!

What a beautiful wedding! I’m so sorry I missed it. Rebecca is so beautiful and smart. You should be so proud.
Ryan & Corinne were married on a sunny, warm April weekend on the Chesapeake Bay. They had their first look in a grove of trees in front of the church. Ryan’s eyes said it all! Corinne was lovely in her gown (with her sparkling Sperry’s underneath). After a traditional ceremony, we headed to the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club for a grand reception in the Sunset Ballroom. Corinne and Ryan had so much fun together on their wedding day! They were always together and dancing! So fun to watch them enjoy their day. Check out all of the cool bicycle details from the invites, to the cake topper, to the seating chart/favors! I was looking forward to these details after we planned for some bicycle shots in their engagement shoot!
I also had the pleasure of Mary Brunst second shooting for the day which was so fun! Thank you, Mary, for your fun photos of Ryan and the guys before the ceremony.

What a great looking couple. Beautiful wedding. Ryan never looked happier.
Rob is my cousin, and Jenn is his sweet fiancee. We love having Jenn a part of our family for the past 7 years! Rob is the classic quiet, sweet guy and Jenn is the bubbly, smiling beauty! We shot these engagement images a while ago so they could use them as their save the dates and their wedding is tomorrow!!! Rob proposed to Jenn with a fortune cookie he made. I can wait for you to see the details from tomorrow’s wedding that follow the asian theme! Congrats Rob & Jenn!

Jason and Rebecca had the HOTTEST engagement session at Sandy Point State Park near the Chesapeake Bay Bridge. It was probably 98 degrees and a humidity of 95%. It was crazy, but that did not stop us from having a lot of fun and capturing some great images! Jason and Rebecca are getting married tomorrow at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club and I am so happy for them! They have a lot of fun together and I think it shows in their photos! Enjoy!
